The S506-18N is an internal mini SAS double-ended plug with sidebands, SFF-8087 to SFF-8087 connector, 36 circuits, 30AWG, 3ft length, controller to backplane. All internal iPass assemblies are capable of supporting SAS/SATA generation I, II and III bandwidths.
